Job summary

LONGi Solar in Madrid is seeking a DG Marketing Manager Iberia to develop and execute the regional marketing strategy across Spain and Portugal, driving brand awareness and lead generation in the renewable energy sector.

You will plan and run integrated campaigns, manage events and webinars, create localized content, collaborate with the Sales team on ABM initiatives, and monitor market trends to report ROI while maintaining brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Proven B2B marketing experience, preferably in renewable energy or industrial sectors.
• Experience planning events and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Ability to work independently in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement LONGi's Iberia marketing strategy across Spain and Portugal.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support objectives and lead generation.
• Manage local events, trade shows, conferences, customer seminars, and webinars.
• Create and localize marketing content (case studies, success stories, presentations, newsletters, digital campaigns).
• Collaborate with Sales on account-based marketing initiatives and customer engagement programs.
• Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, associations, and suppliers.
• Drive digital marketing activities (LinkedIn, email, website, social media).
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer insights to identify opportunities.
• Track, analyze and report marketing performance and ROI.
• Ensure brand consistency and compliance with corporate guidelines.
