INTEC Energy Solutions GmbH in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth in the solar sector by identifying partnerships and expanding market reach. You will lead strategic discussions, coordinate bids, and manage negotiations to secure contracts.

The role requires extensive BD experience in energy, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English and French. This position is based in Madrid and involves coordinating with international teams.

Formación

• 10+ years business development experience, with ≥3 years in solar energy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and French.
• Knowledge of market regulations and industry trends.

Responsabilidades

• Identify partnership opportunities.
• Develop relationships to grow business in the market.
• Lead market identification, investigation and knowledge gathering.
• Propose and develop market strategy.
• Identify, contact and engage targeted customers for leads and RFQs.
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiations to contract award.
• Coordinate with operational teams for handover after award.
• Support continuous improvement of bidding processes.
