You will oversee inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing, inventory control, and transportation planning, delivering cost efficiencies and timely product delivery.

The role requires a hands-on leader with regional experience, capable of implementing best practices, collaborating with national teams, and mentoring a regional supply chain team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management with regional focus.
• Experience managing warehouse operations, transportation, and inventory control in the Eastern Cape.
• Proven track record implementing cost-saving initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of WMS, TMS, and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage all aspects of the logistics and supply chain functions for the Eastern Cape region, based out of Queenstown.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize transportation routes, warehouse operations, and inventory levels across the region.
• Oversee the performance of regional distribution centers, ensuring adherence to standards, safety protocols, and efficiency targets.
• Manage relationships with transportation carriers and 3PLs, negotiating contracts and ensuring SLAs are met.
• Implement robust inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize stock discrepancies.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
