Wenergy Storage in Madrid seeks a Regional Sales Manager/Director to drive growth of energy storage systems in Spain. You will lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, building partnerships with IPPs, developers, EPCs and utilities.

You will perform market research, develop technical and commercial proposals, and coordinate with engineering, supply chain and project management to ensure delivery. English proficiency and 2+ years of overseas sales in energy are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in international trade, marketing, engineering, or related field.
• Working-level English proficiency required.
• At least 2 years of overseas sales experience in energy sector (PV, storage).

Responsabilidades

• Drive growth of utility-scale and C&I energy storage systems in the assigned region.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Negotiate contracts and meet sales targets and receivables goals.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, project management for delivery.
• Promote brand and attend local industry events.
