Join is seeking a Technical Engineer based in Spain to provide local technical support for energy storage products and systems. The role covers hands-on pre-sales and after-sales activities and supports customers, distributors and internal teams through the project lifecycle.

The position requires travel across Europe for projects, trainings, or events, with primary focus on the Spanish market. Fluency in Spanish and English, plus relevant electrical engineering background, are essential.

Formación

• Spanish & English speaking is required.
• Background in Electrical Science & Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in the energy battery storage industry.
• Must have a car and driving license and be able to travel around Europe for customers, training, and after-services.
• Open mindset and ability to deal with ambiguities and conflicting priorities in a multi-cultural environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism with diligent work ethic.
• Resilient under pressure and able to maintain a positive attitude in stressful environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide local technical support to customers, distributors, and partners in Spain (pre-sales & after-sales).
• Conduct market research and product intelligence for the Spain market.
• Deliver technical trainings and enablement for distributors, installers, EPCs and internal teams.
• Support marketing activities with technical input and participate in events as on-site technical support.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and HQ Technical teams; provide cross-country regional support when required.
