Irium seeks a Regional Sales Manager/Director for Energy Storage to drive utility-scale and C&I battery storage growth across the assigned region. You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, building strategic partnerships with IPPs, developers, EPCs, and utilities.

You will conduct market research, identify trends, and proactively acquire new clients while managing ongoing relationships. The role requires travel and a deep understanding of BESS technology.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or above in international trade, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
• Working English proficiency required; additional languages a plus.
• Minimum 2 years overseas sales experience in energy storage or related sectors.
• Solid understanding of battery cells, BMS, PCS, and system integration.
• Proven client relationships or successful project cases are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Develop market and manage key accounts in designated overseas region.
• Lead end-to-end sales from lead generation to contract closure.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain and PM to ensure delivery.
• Promote brand at local events and grow regional visibility.
