Pylontech seeks a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth across Iberia in Commercial & Industrial and residential energy storage segments. You will lead lead generation, strategy, and client relationships through contract closure and project execution.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in energy storage or renewable energy BD, and fluency in English and Spanish; Mandarin or another European language is advantageous.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, project development, or project management within the energy storage, battery systems, or renewable energy sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with a strategic mindset.
• Proven capability in managing complex negotiations and multi-phase projects.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Mandarin or another major European language is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop, and qualify new business opportunities through networking, industry events, trade shows, digital platforms, and referrals.
• Design and implement a comprehensive strategy for acquiring C&I and residential energy storage projects.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients; act as trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present proposals, bids, and tenders; customize technical specifications, pricing models, and financial projections.
• Lead contract negotiations and coordinate with legal, finance, and technical teams to finalize agreements.
• Coordinate with engineering, project management, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
• Represent the company at industry events and stay updated with market trends and developments.
