UNV Iberia by Uniview seeks a Regional Business Development professional in Madrid to lead ESS sales growth across key markets. You will identify and manage distributors, EPCs, system integrators, installers, and other partners while coordinating with technical and HQ teams to deliver ESS solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in BD or sales within energy storage or related fields, with fluent Spanish and English and willingness to travel.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of business development or sales experience in the energy storage, renewable energy, PV, inverter, or related industries.
• Proven experience in developing and managing channel partners, EPCs, system integrators, or key accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of the ESS, PV, or renewable energy market and industry trends.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced international environment.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the regional business development strategy to drive sales growth and achieve ESS business targets.
• Identify, recruit, and manage distributors, EPCs, system integrators, installers, and other strategic channel partners.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to expand business opportunities.
• Drive the full sales cycle, including opportunity development, solution presentation, commercial negotiation, and project closing.
• Collaborate with technical, product, and headquarters teams to deliver competitive ESS solutions and ensure successful project execution.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings while monitoring market trends and competitor activities.

Educación

Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
