Wenergy Storage in Madrid seeks a Regional Sales Manager/Director to drive growth of energy storage systems in Spain. You will lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, building partnerships with IPPs, developers, EPCs and utilities.

You will perform market research, develop technical and commercial proposals, and coordinate with engineering, supply chain and project management to ensure delivery. English proficiency and 2+ years of overseas sales in energy are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in international trade, marketing, engineering, or related field.
• Working-level English proficiency required.
• At least 2 years of overseas sales experience in energy sector (PV, storage).

Drive the growth of utility-scale and C&I battery energy storage systems (BESS) in the assigned region. Responsible for full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, building strategic partnerships with IPPs, developers, EPCs, and utilities. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis for designated overseas regions across utility-scale, C&I, and residential energy storage segments.

End-to-End Sales Management Generate leads through industry exhibitions, online channels, and direct outreach. Uncover customer needs, develop tailored technical solutions and commercial proposals, lead contract negotiations, and drive the full sales cycle from initial engagement to payment collection—ensuring sales targets and receivables goals are met.

Project Coordination & Delivery Manage contract negotiation, signing, and execution. Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, supply chain, project management) to ensure smooth project delivery. Establish long-term communication mechanisms with clients to provide excellent after-sales service.

Brand Promotion Act as a brand ambassador by actively promoting the company’s products and technological strengths at local industry events and in the regional market, enhancing brand visibility and influence.

Bachelor’s degree or above in international trade, marketing, engineering, or a related field. English proficiency at a working level is required; Minimum 2 years of overseas sales experience in the new energy sector (PV, energy storage, etc.). Proven customer resources or successful project cases are essential.

Strong capabilities in market analysis, commercial negotiation, and relationship management. Ability to independently complete the entire sales process from market research to contract signing. Quick learner with excellent cross-cultural communication and coordination skills. Familiarity with local energy policies, regulations, and grid codes.
