Liberty Specialty Markets in Madrid is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to lead European compensation across 10 countries, partnering with HR Business Partners to ensure fair, compliant reward practices and support talent strategy.

You will drive benchmarking and market pricing, support annual pay reviews, and coordinate pay transparency initiatives, enabling attraction, retention and engagement across Europe in an international, English-speaking environment.

Formación

• Experience in a Reward or Compensation function across multiple European countries.
• Knowledge of EU Pay Transparency Directive and related requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities with senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel and data modelling for large datasets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead benchmarking and market pricing for European roles across 10 countries.
• Support annual pay review processes and manage related communications.
• Coordinate pay transparency reporting and disclosures with Legal and Compliance.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to align compensation with strategy.
• Develop improvements to compensation processes and drive automation where possible.
