Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Associate Director - Reward (Continental Europe) to lead reward design for a multi-country cluster. You will localise frameworks to respect local laws and market norms, and oversee annual salary and incentive cycles while ensuring policy compliance across Europe.

You will deliver pay equity analyses, advise on restructures, and partner with mobility teams on cross-border assignments, delivering insights to senior stakeholders and shaping the employee experience.

Formación

  • 6+ years of reward experience in Continental Europe.
  • Deep understanding of salary structures, grading and market benchmarking.
  • Experience with multi-country governance, compliance and payout processes.

Associate Director - Reward (Continental Europe)

Are you passionate about shaping reward strategies that drive business performance and create a great employee experience? As a member of the EMEA Rewards Team, you will act as the primary reward business partner for a cluster of countries, shaping compensation practices. You will lead annual reward cycles, ensure governance and compliance, and provide data‑driven insights to support strategic decision‑making across the EMEA cluster.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead reward design and implementation for Continental Europe cluster.
  • Localise global/regional frameworks to meet local laws, collective agreements and market norms.
  • Manage annual salary and incentive cycles across the cluster.
  • Maintain compliant and competitive reward policies across all cluster countries.
  • Lead job evaluation and maintain internal equity. Deliver pay equity analysis and statutory reporting for EU PTD compliance.
  • Advise on restructures, organisational changes, and cross‑border moves, partnering with mobility teams on assignments and transfers as needed.
  • Benchmark and review compensation structures across the Continental Europe markets.
  • Provide data‑driven insights to influence senior decisions.
  • Support HR with complex cases through clear, concise analysis.
  • Lead or contribute to regional/global reward projects and process improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the reward proposition.
What We’re Looking For
  • 6+ years of reward experience operating in Continental Europe within complex, multi‑country environments.
  • Deep understanding of core reward disciplines, including salary structures, short‑term incentive design, grading frameworks and market benchmarking.
Skills
  • Trusted advisor with strong commercial acumen and the ability to challenge, influence, and guide senior stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to simplify complexity and deliver clear, compelling insights.
  • Highly analytical, with advanced Excel proficiency and experience working with large, complex data sets to generate actionable recommendations.
  • Detail‑driven, with a strong commitment to accuracy, quality, and high‑standard delivery.
  • Influential and collaborative, acting as a credible business partner who builds strong relationships across HR and the wider organisation to drive strategic decision‑making.
