Autodesk is seeking a Senior Director, EMEA Technical Advisory who will report to the VP of Technical Advisory and head Consulting Delivery for our largest customers in EMEA. You will lead a 100+ person team delivering transformational services that foster strong customer relationships and drive Autodesk solution adoption.

You will set regional strategy, manage budgets and revenue targets, engage senior customers, collaborate with sales, and coach teams to deliver on time while upholding

Formación

• 15+ years leading customer-facing organizations.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Strong financial acumen with budget and resource optimization experience.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
• Experience recruiting, managing, and developing high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of Autodesk customer needs and consulting KPIs.
• Customer-centric mindset with focus on long-term relationships.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% per year.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a 100+ employee team responsible for Consulting Delivery.
• Develop and execute regional strategic plans to meet objectives.
• Own regional revenue and bookings targets and ensure adoption.
• Engage with senior customer executives and drive strategic plans.
• Partner with leadership to ensure successful sale and delivery of services.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure value delivery.
• Coach teams to align work with business outcomes and growth.
• Establish workplans, mitigate risks, and surface growth opportunities.
• Attract and retain top consultants and foster global collaboration.
• Maintain Autodesk culture, conduct career development, and succession planning.
• Lead organizational change and monitor performance, providing executive updates.
