IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a French-native speaker to join our market research team at the Madrid Production Hub. Your main task is to recruit doctors into a panel and engage them to participate in studies, building trust during recruitment and follow-up conversations.

You will keep doctor records up to date, assist with queries, and support translations of text passages. This role offers a diverse, dynamic team and opportunities to grow within a global leader in analytics and life sciences.

Qualifikationen

• Native French speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings and translations of text passages.

Aufgaben

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation. Create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
