Job summary

IQVIA is seeking French-native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub as part of a diverse team. You will recruit doctors, invite them to participate in market research studies, and build a stable panel of healthcare professionals.

You will maintain relationships through follow-up conversations and ensure questionnaires are completed. The role emphasizes clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work with an international corporate environment.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Additional tasks may include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates among your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
