IQVIA, a global leader in analytics and life sciences, seeks a French-speaking recruiter to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will build a panel of doctors for market research and maintain engagement through calls and emails.

You will establish trust with healthcare professionals, manage registrations and follow-ups, and support translations and documentation as needed. Fluency in French and good English are required; experience with multinational teams is a plus.

Formación

• Must be fluent in French (native) and have good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (phone and email).
• Analytical mindset with ability to manage large lists of doctors.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation; create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls to maximize participation rates.
• Ensure participation targets using multiple channels and persuasive arguments.
