Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a French-speaking recruiter to build and maintain a panel of doctors for market research studies at our Madrid hub. You will recruit healthcare professionals, engage them, and follow up to ensure ongoing participation across studies.

You will communicate professionally by phone and email, coordinate with internal teams, and contribute to a diverse, high-performing research operation. This is a full-time Madrid-based role.

Qualifications

• Must be a native French speaker and have good English for trainings and meetings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills via telephone and email.
• Analytical mindset with ability to manage relationships across a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and manage follow-up on their participation to ensure engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls to maximize participation rates across the assigned pool.
• Use multiple communication channels to maintain participation and address queries.
