Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting an awesome team of French native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors into a panel and engage them for market research studies, maintaining relationships and updating healthcare professional information.

You will perform follow-up calls to maximize participation, invite doctors via calls, and ensure participation targets using diverse communication channels. Multinational experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• French native speaker is required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and in some cases translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
