Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a French native speaker to join our Madrid Production Hub office. The role focuses on recruiting doctors for our panel, engaging them in market research studies, and maintaining ongoing relationships to ensure regular questionnaire completion.

You will support queries and keep healthcare professional data up to date. You will call doctors to invite participation, follow up to boost engagement, and work across communications channels to meet participation targets.

Qualifications

• French native speaker (FR) required
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings and internal communications
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email)
• Analytical skills are essential
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation; engage and create doctor engagement
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation rate
• Ensure expected participation rates among assigned doctors using multiple communication channels
