Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid is seeking a French-speaking recruitment specialist to build a panel of doctors for market research studies. You will recruit, engage and follow up with healthcare professionals, maintaining updated records and addressing queries.

This role offers exposure to a multinational environment and diverse teams. You will collaborate with trainings and internal communications in English, and develop strong relationships with participants to maximize study participation.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience in multinational corporations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
• Further tasks may include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.
