IQVIA is seeking a French-speaking recruitment specialist to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will build and maintain a panel of doctors, engaging them for market research studies and ensuring timely questionnaire completion.

You will call doctors to invite participation, manage follow-ups to maximize response rates, and handle communications in English and French. This role offers a diverse, dynamic team environment in Madrid.

Qualifications

• French native speaker is required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsabilités

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
