IQVIA is recruiting an awesome team of French native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub office. Your focus will be to build a solid panel of doctors for market research studies and engage them to participate regularly.

You will maintain updated information and assist with queries, contributing to a diverse and committed team. Ideal candidates are detail‑oriented with strong communication skills in French and English, and experience with multinational corporations is advantageous.

Formación

• French native speaker required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills and experience in multinational environments is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation; create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel.
• Initiate follow-up calls to maximize participation rates.
• Ensure participation targets are met using multiple communication channels.
