Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting an awesome team of French Native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub office. Your primary focus will be to build up a solid pool of doctors into a panel and engage them in market research studies.

You will establish trust and assist with ongoing questionnaires and queries, playing a key role in a diverse team. You will recruit doctors, invite them to studies, and follow up to maximize participation; strong communication and organizational skills are essential for

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks would be documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
