Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting an awesome team of French Native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub office. The role focuses on building a stable panel of doctors for market research studies, engaging participants and handling follow-up conversations about questionnaire completion.

Responsibilities include recruitment, doctor engagement, and proactive follow-up to maximize participation rates, with a focus on clear communication and attention to detail in a diverse, multinational setting.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
