Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting an awesome team of French native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub. Your primary focus will be to build a solid panel of doctors for market research studies and engage participants throughout recruitment and questionnaire follow-up.

You will establish trust with Healthcare Professionals, manage queries, translations if needed, and help maintain updated records. Join a diverse, dynamic team at IQVIA and contribute to high-quality insights for life sciences worldwide.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required (FR).
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings and meetings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (phone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience with multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation; create doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates amongst your pool using multiple communication channels and arguments.
