Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an awesome team of French Native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub. Your primary focus will be to build up a solid and stable pool of doctors into a panel for market research studies.

You will recruit doctors, invite participation, and follow up to maximize engagement while maintaining accurate, updated records. Ideal candidates are native French speakers with good English, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

Native French speaker.
Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings and internal communications.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
Analytical skills.
Experience with multi-national corporations is an advantage.
Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
