Job summary

IQVIA is seeking French-speaking professionals to recruit doctors for market research studies at our Madrid Production Hub. You will build trust with healthcare professionals, invite them to participate in studies, and maintain updated records.

Fluency in French and good English, with strong communication skills, are essential for success in this role. You will engage with multinational teams, handle documentation, translations, and follow-ups to ensure high engagement and accurate data

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• French Native speaker is required.
• Good working knowledge of English to participate in trainings, meetings, and internal communications.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
