Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to clients and resolve incidents according to procedures.
• Investigate and diagnose problems using service assurance tools and log relevant data.
• Identify root causes, escalate unresolved incidents, and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain records of incidents, configurations, and changes across CIs.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to expedite fixes.
• Update knowledge articles and support portals as required.
