IQVIA is seeking French native speakers to join our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors, engage them in market research studies, and build a trusted panel with ongoing follow-up for questionnaire completion.

You will maintain doctor records, assist with queries, and support translations as needed. We value diversity and offer a collaborative, dynamic team environment with opportunities for growth.

Formación

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to our market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
