Job summary

IQVIA is recruiting a French-speaking professional to join our Madrid Production Hub. The role focuses on building a panel of doctors for market research studies, recruiting participants, and maintaining ongoing engagement about questionnaire completion.

You will engage healthcare professionals, manage follow-ups to maximize response rates, and support translations, documentation, and communications within a diverse, dynamic team.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multi-national corporations is an advantage.
• Further tasks include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation. Create doctor's engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure participation rates among your assigned pool of doctors using various channels and arguments.
