Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a French native speaker to build and maintain a panel of doctors for market research studies at our Madrid Production Hub. You will recruit doctors, engage them, and maintain updated records while supporting follow-ups and translations as needed.

Qualifications

• French native speaker required.
• Good working knowledge of English for trainings, meetings and internal communications.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience with multinational corporations is an advantage.
• Additional duties may include documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow up on their participation, creating doctor engagement.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join the panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation rates.
• Ensure participation rates among the assigned pool of doctors using diverse communication channels.
