Job summary

Nobu Hotel Ibiza Bay busca un/a trainee en People & Culture para apoyar las operaciones diarias del equipo y colaborar en procesos de talento, administración de personal y comunicación interna. Se trabajará en iniciativas variadas del departamento y se espera aportar ideas nuevas.

Programa de 6 a 8 meses con inicio entre febrero y marzo de 2027. Se ofrece alojamiento gratuito en habitación compartida, comidas durante horas laborales y una bolsa de prácticas de 500€ brutos al mes.

Qualifications

• Estudiante de Hospitality Management o HR Management (Bachillerato o Master)
• Se valorará buena fluidez en inglés y español (C1).
• Interés en desarrollo de personas, habilidades de comunicación y proactividad.

Responsibilities

• Colaborar en procesos de adquisición de talento y administración de personal.
• Ayudar en la planificación y ejecución de comunicaciones internas y experiencias de empleado.
• Participar en reuniones de People & Culture y gestionar iniciativas del departamento.
• Apoyar en proyectos de formación y desarrollo del talento.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The People & Culture trainee will be assisting the People & Culture Team in the daily operations of the department. Collaborating in talent acquisition activities, personell administration tasks, internal communication planning and execution, training, employee experience, housing, and many more exciting projects.

In this role, you will be part of People & Culture meetings, and participate in the management of different initiatives.

You will be like any other memebter of the team, so we expect from you to help us growing by bringing to the table fresh ideas and projects you are passionate about.

Program length: 6 to 8 months

Starting date: February – March 2027

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

• Enrolled in Hospitality Management or Human Resources Management (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).

• Fluency in English and Spanish is essential (C1 level).

• Passion for people development, with communication and interpersonal skills, an outgoing personality, organizational and problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Eligible to work in the EU and based in Ibiza during the internship.
