Job description

PropHero is an AI-driven marketplace transforming property investment. Backed by global VCs and founded by McKinsey alumni, we’re expanding our team. Join our thriving, and flexible culture, surrounded by ambitious individuals driving change. At PropHero, we’re making property investment as simple as shares or ETFs—be part of the future we’re building!

We are value-driven!
BELIEVE: We lead with passion and optimism, inspiring others to share in PropHero’s vision and mission.
CONNECT: We foster a one-team spirit with kindness, fairness, and integrity, making everyone feel valued and confident.

DELIVER: We strive for impactful outcomes with rigor, accountability, and a relentless focus on execution.
RAISING THE BAR: We strive for excellence, innovate boldly, and invest in long-term success for our people and our business.
What you will shape Prophero:
  • Support the Projects team in tracking property projects after acquisition — change of use, segregations, groupings and horizontal divisions — from the initial application through to final registration.
  • Prepare, organize and keep up to date each project’s technical and legal documentation (licenses and permits, notarial deeds, Land Registry filings, building book, utility connections), making sure every file is complete and accurate.
  • Follow up with internal teams (Renovations, Post Settlement) and external partners — architects, town planning offices, notaries, the Land Registry and utility providers — to unblock pending items and keep timelines on track.
  • Keep project status and deadlines updated in our internal platforms and boards, flagging delays, blockers or risks early so they don’t impact our investors’ experience.
  • Help document and improve the team’s processes, checklists and status reporting, bringing ideas to make project management more efficient.
What you will bring to our team:
  • Experience: No prior professional experience required; previous internships in real estate, construction, architecture, urban planning or operations are a plus.
  • Education: Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree or master’s in Architecture, Building Engineering, Real Estate, Law, Business Administration or a related field, and able to sign an internship agreement with your university or school.
  • General Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage several projects and deadlines in parallel; proactive and persistent when following up with third parties; clear written and verbal communication; fluent Spanish, as you will deal daily with local authorities, notaries and providers. Interest in Spanish property processes (urban planning, licenses, registries) is a plus.
  • Tools: Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools or CRMs is a plus.
  • Advanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications.
What can we offer you:

We believe in pushing boundaries and embracing challenges. Whether it’s exploring new tools, improving processes, or taking on uncharted projects, we support a culture of curiosity and innovation where learning never stops.
