Requirements include 5+ years in Project Management, experience in digital/tech/transformation projects, and fluency in English and Spanish. Prior experience in regulated sectors is valued.

The role will involve supporting the delivery of initiatives related to digital transformation, process evolution, and the adoption of AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities across Business and Technology teams.
• Facilitate project meetings, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication.
• Support the gathering and coordination of business requirements.
• Monitor project KPIs and prepare regular status reporting.
• Support initiatives related to process improvement, digitalisation, AI, and automation.
• Ensure actions and deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines and scope.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience managing digital, technology, or transformation projects.
• Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous experience in insurance, banking, consulting, or other regulated sectors is highly desirable.
• Experience in Digital Transformation projects.
• Exposure to AI, automation, or data-driven initiatives is highly valued.
• Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid environments.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
