Boston Consulting Group is seeking a senior professional to help lead end-to-end transformations in insurance, including claims, pricing and underwriting, across international engagements.

The role involves collaborating with strategy consultants, data scientists and architects to deliver scalable solutions while leveraging BCG's global initiative focused on transforming insurance functions. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; the position is based in Madrid or Barcelona.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in insurance technical excellence functions such as pricing, claims or underwriting.
• Previous consulting experience is preferred; experience in insurance companies, insurance assistance companies or insurance consulting firms is highly valued.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to solve complex business challenges and deliver impactful client solutions.
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders across different levels of seniority.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Drive end-to-end transformation programs, working across strategy consultants, data scientists, data engineers and solution architects to deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions
• Collaborate with global, multidisciplinary teams to support insurance transformation projects across international engagements
• Work closely with global leaders of BCG's global initiative focused on transforming clients' claims, pricing and underwriting functions, contributing to a global specialist squad
• Contribute to large-scale insurance transformation programs, with opportunities to work on international engagements under BCG's travel standards

What You'll Do
