Winning Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Digital Transformation to lead a strategic transformation project in the insurance sector. You will drive digital initiatives, process evolution and the adoption of AI-driven solutions to modernize business operations.

The role requires 8+ years in project or programme management, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English and Spanish, with experience in Agile or hybrid environments and cross-functional teams.

Formación

8+ years of experience in project or programme management.
Experience managing complex transformation projects and cross-functional teams.
Experience in insurance, banking, consulting or other regulated sectors is desirable.
Experience in Digital Transformation projects.
Exposure to AI, automation or data-driven initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management, planning and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid environments.
Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex transformation initiatives.
Manage project scope, roadmap, milestones, risks and dependencies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business and Technology.
Manage senior stakeholders, governance and executive reporting.
Support initiatives aimed at improving digital experiences and business processes, including AI and automation opportunities.
Ensure alignment between business objectives and project delivery.
