Winning Consulting is seeking experienced Business Analysts to join a strategic transformation project for a leading multinational in the insurance and brokerage sector. The role centers on an AI-driven Digital Journey implementation within a highly international environment.

You will gather requirements, document AS-IS/TO-BE processes, and collaborate with Business, Technology, Product and Data teams across borders to ensure successful adoption.

Formación

• Approximately 3-7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Solid experience performing Business Analyst responsibilities.
• Previous professional experience within consulting.
• Professional or project experience within the insurance industry.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.
• Advanced professional English - minimum C1 level. Professional Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a liaison between business teams, technology teams and stakeholders.
• Gather, analyse, structure and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for technology teams.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Analyse existing processes and contribute to new processes and operating models.
• Document and present process flows, including AS-IS / TO-BE analysis.
• Identify gaps, improvement opportunities and potential process efficiencies.
• Produce functional documentation, user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Business, Technology, Product, Data and other teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support requirements clarification and prioritisation.
• Participate in business validation, testing and UAT activities.
• Manage stakeholders in an international environment.
• Identify risks, dependencies and impacts related to proposed changes.
• Support business, process and systems transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to the successful implementation and adoption of the new Digital Journey solution.

At Winning Consulting, we are looking for experienced Business Analysts to join a strategic transformation project for a leading multinational company operating within the insurance and brokerage industry.

The project involves the implementation of a new AI-driven Digital Journey solution in a highly international environment, requiring close collaboration with multiple business and technology stakeholders.

We are looking for professionals with solid Business Analysis experience, particularly within transformation projects, with strong requirements management, analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.

What will you be doing?

• Act as a key liaison between business teams, technology teams and the different stakeholders involved in the project.

• Gather, analyse, structure and document business requirements.

• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for technology teams.

• Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with different stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

• Approximately 3-7 years of relevant professional experience, depending on the seniority of the position.

• Solid experience performing Business Analyst responsibilities.

• Previous professional experience within consulting.

• Professional or project experience within the insurance industry.

• Profiles combining experience within consulting and insurers, insurance brokers or Insurance-related projects will be particularly relevant.

• Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.

• Experience analysing business processes and documenting process flows.

• Strong stakeholder management capabilities within complex organisations.

• Experience acting as the bridge between business and technology teams.

• Understanding of the full project lifecycle within transformation programmes.

• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

• Experience using process modelling tools such as Visio or equivalent.

• Experience with project and requirements management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project or equivalent will be valued.

• Advanced professional English - minimum C1 level.

• Professional Spanish.

Nice to have

• Experience in Artificial Intelligence, automation, digitalisation or technology transformation projects.

• Experience related to Customer Journey / Digital Journey initiatives.

• Experience in Business Change, Operational Excellence or process and systems transformation projects.

• Previous experience within Insurance / Brokerage.

• Additional exposure to industries such as Banking, Pharma or Industry.

• Lean / Operational Excellence knowledge.

• Experience working within international and multicultural environments.
