Boston Consulting Group in Madrid seeks a Project Leader / Principal for Insurance to lead end-to-end transformations across clients’ claims, pricing and underwriting functions.

You will drive multi-disciplinary teams, collaborate with global experts, and contribute to international engagements while developing senior client relationships.

Formación

• At least 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in insurance technical excellence functions such as pricing, claims or underwriting.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to solve complex business challenges and deliver impactful client solutions.
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders across different levels of seniority.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering end-to-end transformations across clients’ claims, pricing and underwriting functions
• Drive end-to-end transformation programs, working across strategy consultants, data scientists, data engineers and solution architects to deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions
• Collaborate with global, multidisciplinary teams to support insurance transformation projects across international engagements
• Work closely with global leaders of BCG’s global initiative focused on transforming clients’ claims, pricing and underwriting functions, contributing to a global specialist squad
• Contribute to large-scale insurance transformation programs, with opportunities to work on international engagements under BCG’s travel standards

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

• At least 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in insurance technical excellence functions such as pricing, claims or underwriting
• Previous consulting experience is preferred; experience in insurance companies, insurance assistance companies or insurance consulting firms is highly valued
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to solve complex business challenges and deliver impactful client solutions
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders across different levels of seniority
• Fluency in English and Spanish
