Winning Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Digital Transformation to lead a strategic transformation project in the insurance sector. You will drive digital initiatives, process evolution and the adoption of AI-driven solutions to modernize business operations.

The role requires 8+ years in project or programme management, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English and Spanish, with experience in Agile or hybrid environments and cross-functional teams.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in project or programme management.
• Experience managing complex transformation projects and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in insurance, banking, consulting or other regulated sectors is desirable.
• Experience in Digital Transformation projects.
• Exposure to AI, automation or data-driven initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, planning and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid environments.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
