As a Project Manager, you will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex digital transformation initiatives for top‑tier clients, ensuring measurable business outcomes and stakeholder alignment across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to delivery, managing scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to ensure delivery excellence.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across diverse teams and seniority levels.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation.
• Manage financial performance end‑to‑end, including budget planning, cost control, and corrective actions when needed.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in consulting with experience in the responsibilities mentioned above.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects.
• Fluent in English (C1 or higher) is a must; additional languages are a plus.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum, SAFe).
• Knowledge in Jira, Confluence, MS Project; Power BI is a plus.
• Knowledge of platforms like Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow is valuable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
