Boston Consulting Group is seeking an experienced professional to lead end-to-end transformations in insurance claims, pricing, and underwriting from our Madrid/Barcelona offices. You will drive cross-functional programs with strategy consultants, data scientists, data engineers, and solution architects to deliver scalable change.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in relevant insurance roles, strong analytical and stakeholder skills, and fluency in English and Spanish, with a track record in

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of professional experience, with 3+ in insurance excellence functions such as pricing, claims or underwriting.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking to solve complex business challenges.
• Experience building relationships and managing stakeholders across different levels of seniority.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in end-to-end transformations for claims, pricing and underwriting.
• Drive transformation programs across strategy consultants, data scientists, data engineers and solution architects to deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions.
• Collaborate with global, multidisciplinary teams to support insurance transformation projects across international engagements.
• Work closely with global leaders of BCG's initiative focused on transforming clients' claims, pricing and underwriting functions.
• Contribute to large-scale insurance transformation programs, with opportunities to work on international engagements under BCG's travel standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering end-to-end transformations across clients' claims, pricing and underwriting functions
• Drive end-to-end transformation programs, working across strategy consultants, data scientists, data engineers and solution architects to deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions
• Collaborate with global, multidisciplinary teams to support insurance transformation projects across international engagements
• Work closely with global leaders of BCG's global initiative focused on transforming clients' claims, pricing and underwriting functions, contributing to a global specialist squad
• Contribute to large-scale insurance transformation programs, with opportunities to work on international engagements under BCG's travel standards

What You'll Bring

• At least 8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in insurance technical excellence functions such as pricing, claims or underwriting
• Previous consulting experience is preferred; experience in insurance companies, insurance assistance companies or insurance consulting firms is highly valued
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA is a plus
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to solve complex business challenges and deliver impactful client solutions
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders across different levels of seniority
• Fluency in English and Spanish
