The position offers a full-time contract in a remote-first environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead AI Integration: Identify, evaluate, and implement AI solutions that improve internal workflows, recruitment, customer support, and training personalization.
• Drive VR Training Innovation: Oversee the transition from traditional to VR-based driver training, ensuring content is engaging, scalable, and performance-driven.
• Own Digital Transformation Projects: Manage the digital overhaul of systems and processes from concept through execution—across recruitment funnels, training
• Project Management: Scope, plan, and execute multiple transformation projects using Agile methodology and modern PM tools.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with our tech, content, and operations teams to align on project goals, ensure smooth implementation, and deliver measurable results.
• Automation Strategy: Take ownership of automating business processes across departments using AI, low-code platforms, and other smart systems.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, digital transformation, or technology implementation roles.
• Background in training, logistics, edtech, or gig economy platforms is a strong plus.

Education (flexible):

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, Digital Innovation, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
• Exceptional candidates with non-traditional paths and relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, RPA, NLP applications).
• Familiarity with VR/AR platforms (Oculus, Unity, etc.).
• Understanding of automation tools like Zapier, Make, Power Automate.
• Comfortable working with low-code/no-code tech stacks.

• Strong communicator who can bridge tech and business.
• Excellent at problem-solving, execution, and driving results in fast-paced settings.
• A curious and future-oriented thinker passionate about technology for impact.
