Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a team of Team Leaders and ensure operational excellence across client programs. You will monitor SLAs, drive forecasting and budgeting, and build strong relationships with client partners to ensure delivery meets expectations.

You will collaborate with Training, HR, Quality, WFM, and Talent Acquisition to identify opportunities for improvements and coach your team to achieve high performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Call center or BPO experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to analyze operational performance and improve processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a team of Team Leaders, ensuring performance and policy adherence.
• Monitor SLAs and metrics, implementing improvement plans as needed.
• Drive revenue and financial performance through forecasting and budgeting.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure delivery aligns with expectations.
• Collaborate with Training, HR, Quality, WFM, and Talent Acquisition to drive improvements.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coach reports to develop talent.
