IE University’s IE Law School Executive Education is seeking a Program Advisor in Madrid to drive sales and enrolment targets. You will engage with prospective students, advise on programs, and manage the end-to-end sales process through the CRM.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years’ experience, with advanced English and Spanish. Strong communication, client-focused approach, and ability to collaborate across international offices are essential.

Formación

• A Bachelor's degree.
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Advanced English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Strong commercial orientation and ability to identify opportunities and support enrolment objectives.
• Experience in customer service, sales or admissions is valued.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Client-focused, proactive and results-oriented.
• Excellent organizational, process-management and improvement skills.
• Experience using CRM systems is preferred, including data entry and tracking of applications and enrolment documentation.
• Strong team player with ability to collaborate across departments and international offices.
• Must hold a valid work permit for Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales of IE Law School Executive Education programs and contribute to enrolment/revenue targets.
• Identify and develop opportunities by engaging with prospective students and following up on leads.
• Manage the full sales process from initial contact to application and enrolment.
• Advise candidates on programs matching their goals.
• Monitor the sales pipeline and CRM activity with timely follow-up.
