Responsabilidades

• Support enrollment process for online programs with internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform administrative duties to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
• Provide first-level technical support to participants.
• Deliver online programs, managing end-to-end delivery of synchronous and asynchronous formats.
• Support participants and faculty before, during, and after programs.
• Conduct satisfaction surveys and analyze participant feedback.
• Leverage learning analytics to improve learner experience.
• Build relationships with participants, faculty, corporate clients, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Academic, Admissions, Marketing, Sales, Technology, and Finance to ensure delivery.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and client communications.
• Investigate and test educational technologies, AI, and learning analytics solutions.
