Percona is seeking a Product Manager for Percona Monitoring and Management (PMM), responsible for shaping the product strategy and execution of PMM, our open source observability platform for databases.

You will work with engineers, designers, customers, and the open source community to define the future of PMM and ensure it meets the needs of DBAs, SREs, platform engineers, and developers.

Formación

• Proven success managing technical products, particularly developer tools, infrastructure, platform, or observability products.
• Demonstrated experience shipping software from idea to release.
• Strong technical understanding of modern infrastructure, cloud-native tech, and observability.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for PMM.
• Work with customers and the community to identify opportunities.
• Translate customer problems into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Documentation, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver product experiences.
• Define success metrics and guide decisions using telemetry and usage data.
