Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Product Manager to join the Observability team focusing on logs and logs analytics capabilities. You will help ensure a best-in-class end-to-end experience for logs collected from applications and infrastructure, significantly impacting the Observability product.

You will collaborate across engineering, UX, and design, work with Sales & Marketing on GTM strategy, and track user engagement to shape feature evolution.

Formación

• Ideally 3+ years in product management or closely related area.
• Technical experience in logs analytics.
• Observability and/or performance monitoring domain knowledge.
• Ability to translate abstract problems into concrete, prioritized solutions.
• Outstanding spoken and written communication skills.
• Passion for industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Experience working in a remote, globally distributed environment is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Evolve logs analytics capabilities aligned with strategy and product direction.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle for logs collection, ingest, and management.
• Build features for modern SRE, including GenAI, Agentic workflows, auto SLO/SLI tracking, and intelligent alerting.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Design and other teams to deliver top-notch application monitoring experiences.
• Partner with Sales & Marketing on go-to-market, messaging, competitive analysis, enablement and adoption.
• Track user engagement and feedback to inform product evolution.
