Grafana Labs is seeking a Staff Product Manager for the OpenTelemetry experience to own end-to-end telemetry workflows. You will define strategy and roadmaps across SDK instrumentation, automatic instrumentation, and Collector deployment, collaborating with engineers, designers, and product marketing in a fully remote, globally distributed team.

Formación

• 5+ years in Product Management in developer tools or observability.
• Experience leading multiple engineering teams without direct authority.
• Strong knowledge of OpenTelemetry components.
• Experience turning onboarding, configuration and troubleshooting into clear product experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a remote, distributed org.

Responsabilidades

• Define the vision, strategy, and cross‑product roadmap for the OpenTelemetry journey.
• Create coherent experiences across SDK instrumentation, automatic instrumentation, and Collector deployment while preserving flexibility.
• Identify and eliminate the leading causes of setup failure and misconfiguration.
• Prioritize investments using customer research and product data to measure outcomes.
• Collaborate with marketing to position, launches, and technical content for OpenTelemetry products.
• Represent Grafana Labs in OpenTelemetry ecosystem discussions.
