Percona is seeking a GTM Coordinator to support go-to-market execution for our Cloud Native product line, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB Kubernetes Operators. You will work with the PMM/GTM Owner to keep launches, campaigns, content, and community programs on schedule, gaining exposure to product marketing for a Kubernetes-native, open source suite.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in marketing/GTM/coordination, strong writing, and data sense, with a proactive mindset and fluency in

• 1+ years of experience in marketing, GTM, or coordination roles.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• Good writing skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate launch logistics for new releases, features, and services: timelines, checklists, cross-team follow-ups, asset tracking.
• Help build and maintain GTM assets, including web pages, datasheets, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
• Support community, partner, and customer engagement activities: interviews, testimonials, case study material.
