Grafana Labs seeks a Staff Product Manager for the OpenTelemetry Experience in Spain. You will own the end-to-end journey for instrumenting workloads and delivering healthy telemetry to Grafana Cloud.

You’ll craft the vision and roadmap, partner with Engineering, Design, Documentation, and Marketing, and ensure the OpenTelemetry experience scales across a globally distributed, remote-first organization.

Formación

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in developer tools, observability, or data platforms.
• Strong working knowledge of OpenTelemetry, including SDK instrumentation, OTLP, and Collector pipelines.
• Experience leading cross-team initiatives without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a remote, globally distributed organization.

Responsabilidades

• Define the vision, strategy, and cross-product roadmap for telemetry in Grafana Cloud solutions.
• Create coherent, opinionated experiences across SDK instrumentation, automatic instrumentation, and Collector deployment.
• Identify and eliminate setup failures, misconfigurations, and low-quality telemetry.
• Establish shared experience principles and success criteria across product and engineering teams.
• Use customer research and product data to prioritize investments and measure onboarding outcomes.
• Collaborate with Marketing and GTM teams to define product narrative and launches.
