Copyright Clearance Center in Spain (Andalucía) seeks a Product Manager to own the product lifecycle from discovery to sunset, including market research, roadmaps, feature discovery, and post-release support. You will partner with developers and analysts, define requirements, track key metrics, and drive adoption while aligning with strategic business goals.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years professional experience; 2-3 years in a Product Owner/Manager role.
• Proficient in communication and presentation to technical and non-technical staff.
• Proficient in JIRA and Google Drive/Docs/Slides/Sheets.
• Background or domain experience in knowledge management, analytics, data science, and/or B2B products preferred.
• Travel normally required 10-15%.
• Willingness to experiment with AI in Product Management tasks.

Responsibilities

• Discover problems and understand client/business problems and end-user needs.
• Market validation: align value proposition to buyer personas and gather end-user feedback.
• Create solutions: define requirements and user flows with developers, analysts, and QA.
• Manage priorities and maintain the product roadmap; communicate plans and milestones.
• Track outcomes: define and report key product metrics (sales, usage, data integrity).
• Network and evangelize: build relationships with industry experts and partners.
• Contribute to PM practice: help improve processes and recruitment activities.
• May be accountable for other results and activities as assigned.
